The view of the West Texas sunset from the room was fine. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff added to a pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel delighted us with its retro charm and super trendy vibe! We loved the variety of spaces for relaxation, games, and swimming. Plus, the location offered countless options for dining and entertainment that much better. The rooms were clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful!

Cool vibe, but service needs work

Stayed for a night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The rooms were super nice and comfy. The bar area had a chill vibe. Good luck getting help if you lose something. I was trying to get an item back for days and no one seemed to know how to send it. Cleanup could've been better too.

The staff made a notable impact, particularly the front desk personnel who were helpful and friendly. The location was also a strong point, being conveniently situated behind a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The amenities felt underwhelming and the overall atmosphere lacked a certain vibrancy. While the access to fresh pastries at breakfast was appreciated, it didn't fully compensate for the lack of standout features throughout the stay.

Had a blast with my friends! The hotel was trendy with cool areas to hang out, like the game lounge and pool. We also enjoyed chilling after visiting the local breweries and nightlife spots. Just a heads up, make sure to check your room for any issues right away!

Our check-in took forever due to system issues. I had a problem with the bathroom lights not working, annoying.

Had a fantastic time with the funky decor and cozy sitting area in the room. The comfortable bed and unique sliding barn door added to the charm! Will definitely come back again.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. The staff provided amazing service, going out of their way to assist us. The beds were comfortable. The in-house restaurant offered delicious options for breakfast, a fantastic start to our days. Just a heads-up, ask for fresh towels upon arrival.

The hot waffles at the snack bar were a sweet start to my morning! Plus, I dug the friendly vibes and clean digs. The trendy lounge area was the perfect spot to kick back after a day of exploring.

Aloft Lubbock has a modern and vibrant ambiance. The spacious lobby is easy to navigate for seniors, and the cozy lounge area provides a cute space to relax after a long day.

The staff was fab-props to the awesome lady at the front desk! Rooms are decent for the price and comfy enough for a family stay. Not fancy, but you'd get a solid sleep.

But really, my shower was temperamental-it had me questioning if I had crossed into the Twilight Zone! And no breakfast? C'mon, a coffee and muffin would have been lovely!
